Websites and online stores

AI agents and automation
Automation in n8n, Make and Zapier plus AI assistants, connecting CRM, forms and documents, with error handling and human approval where it matters.

- Flows in n8n, Make or Zapier: enquiry handling, CRM tasks, documents, notifications and spreadsheet sync.
- A RAG knowledge assistant or an AI agent working on selected documents, with agreed answer sources and permissions.
3D visualisation, motion and design

Data, dashboards and analytics
I combine data from Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, SQL and APIs. I build dashboards and reports for sales, costs and processes, with clear metrics and filters.
- A list of business questions and metric definitions with the data scope and measurement period.
- Connection of spreadsheets, Airtable, SQL databases or APIs; cleaning of dates, identifiers and duplicates, and checks for gaps.
- A dashboard or report with sales, cost or process charts, filters and a data freshness indicator.
Payments and API integrations
I connect websites and apps with payments, CRM and invoicing. API integrations, Stripe and webhooks tailored to the process from order to confirmation.
- A data-flow description, field mapping and a decision on which system is the source of each piece of information.
- REST API connections and webhooks with authentication, for example OAuth, and an agreed permission scope.
- Handling of Stripe payments, orders, subscriptions, CRM contacts or documents in the invoicing system.
Projects rarely fit a single category.
A store needs invoicing, an app needs a dashboard, and a product page gains from a 3D presentation. We shape the scope around the goal, not around the name of a service.
