Can existing spreadsheets and Airtable be used?
Yes. Excel, Google Sheets or Airtable can feed the first report. I check the layout and consistency of the data, then we decide which data stays in the current tool and how it will be updated.
Can a dashboard combine several systems?
Yes, if the data can be fetched and combined meaningfully. Shared identifiers, matching periods and consistent definitions matter, so the report does not compare numbers that describe different things.
How often will the data refresh?
We set the frequency based on needs and what the sources allow. A monthly report is designed differently from an operational view. I also account for API limits and service costs.
