1. About these terms and the website
These terms set out the rules for using the JFlow Labs website at jflowlabs.pl, referred to below as the Website. The service provider is the business named in the operator details on this page. A user is any person using the Website.
Browsing the Website and using the contact form are free of charge. The Website presents the studio’s offer and lets you send an enquiry. It has no user accounts, no cart-based sales and no online payments.
These terms are available free of charge before you use the form. You can save this page, print it or use your browser’s print-to-PDF function. On request sent to kontakt@jflowlabs.pl you will receive the terms by e-mail.
2. Electronic services available
On the Website you can read about the services and the way we work, view visual materials, and contact the service provider.
The form is for sending a description of an idea or a question together with your contact details. After a successful submission you receive an enquiry number, and a confirmation with a copy of your message is sent to the e-mail address you provided. Keep the number for further correspondence.
Confirmation that the form was processed does not mean a project has been accepted. The scope of work, price, timeline, billing and other conditions of paid cooperation require separate arrangements and a separate agreement.
3. Technical requirements and security
To browse the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser supporting HTML and CSS. The form and interactive elements require JavaScript. To receive the confirmation and correspond you need a working e-mail mailbox.
If you do not use JavaScript or the form is unavailable, you can write directly to kontakt@jflowlabs.pl. You bear the cost of your own internet connection under the agreement with your provider.
Using the internet carries risks such as malware and sender impersonation. Keep your browser and system updated, check the website address and the e-mail sender. The form never asks for passwords, payment card details or identity document scans — do not include them in the description.
4. Starting and ending use
The free content service starts when you open a page of the Website and lasts while you use it. You can stop at any time by closing the page or navigating elsewhere.
You use the enquiry service by filling in the required fields and selecting “Send the enquiry”. Before sending you can read the terms, change your details or cancel. Sending the form means using this free service under these terms.
Processing ends when the service is performed or a problem message is shown. If the message says the enquiry was saved despite a problem with the e-mail confirmation, keep its number. Closing the page after sending does not withdraw a message that has already arrived.
Ending your use of the Website does not automatically delete received correspondence. Its storage and your data protection rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Rules for using the form
Provide details that allow a reply and a description related to the purpose of contact. If you write on behalf of a company or another person, use details you are allowed to share for that purpose. Do not include confidential information that is not needed at the first-enquiry stage.
It is prohibited to send unlawful content, content infringing the rights of others, malicious code or spam, and to take actions that disrupt the Website or attempt unauthorised access to data.
The Website applies anti-abuse safeguards, including field validation and rate limits. A submission that does not meet the requirements may be rejected. The error message lets you correct the form; e-mail contact remains an alternative.
6. Enquiries about cooperation and availability
Service descriptions present possible cooperation. Sending an enquiry, receiving an automatic confirmation or discussing an idea is not a paid order or an obligation to buy a service.
The service provider maintains the Website and fixes identified faults. Technical work, outages or unavailability of third-party services may temporarily hinder the use of the page or the form. If a problem occurs, you can contact us by e-mail and file a complaint.
Materials presenting concepts, animations and visual experiments are not a guarantee of any specific business result. How such elements are used in your project is agreed individually.
7. Rights to materials
Content, designs, code and visual materials on the Website may be protected by law. Rights to protected elements belong to the service provider or the respective rights holders. Using AI or 3D tools to create a material does not by itself determine the scope of its protection.
Publishing materials on the Website does not transfer rights or grant a general licence for commercial reproduction. You may use them within the limits allowed by law, including fair use, and share links to the page.
Rights to materials and deliverables created within a commissioned project are set out in a separate agreement. These terms do not replace those arrangements.
8. Complaints about the Website
You can report a problem with the Website or the form to kontakt@jflowlabs.pl or in writing to the correspondence address given in the operator details. Describe what does not work, when the problem occurred and how we can reply. Include your enquiry number if you have one.
No special form is required to file a complaint. Do not send identity document scans or national ID numbers. If additional technical information is needed to investigate, the service provider will ask for it in the reply.
The service provider replies to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it, to the e-mail address given in the report or in another agreed way. The reply includes a position on the matter and, if the problem is confirmed, how it will be resolved.
The complaint procedure does not limit rights arising from applicable law or the ability to pursue claims on the terms provided by law.
9. Personal data and cookies
The rules of data processing, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and individual rights are described in the Privacy Policy available on the Website. Information about cookies and similar technologies is in the Cookie Policy.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter and is not consent to unrelated marketing. Form data is used to handle contact as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to the terms and user rights
These terms may be updated when the law, the operator details or the Website’s features change. Each version is marked with its effective date and published on this page. Changed rules apply to services started from that date; they do not retroactively change the conditions of earlier submissions or separate project agreements.
Matters not covered here are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights granted to users by mandatory provisions, including consumer rights and the rights of sole traders protected as consumers. This English version is provided for convenience; the Polish version prevails.
