Does every automation need AI?
No. For clearly defined rules a plain integration or workflow is often enough. AI helps where text has to be interpreted, knowledge searched or draft replies prepared.
Can the assistant use company documents?
Yes, provided we set up the right access and prepare the materials. We can use document search, known as RAG, with the sources of each answer indicated. Results still need review in important matters.
How do I choose between n8n, Make and Zapier?
I compare available connectors, the number of operations, the logic required and how it will be maintained. If you already use one of them, I start with its capabilities. Before choosing, we agree plan limits and expected running costs.
